शिकायत-प्रशासन ने जारी किया हेल्पलाइन नंबर

स्कूलों में किताबों, स्टेशनरी एवं यूनिफॉर्म के नाम पर अधिक कीमत वसूली या अभिभावकों को जबरन खरीद के लिए बाध्य किए जाने की शिकायतों को लेकर प्रशासन ने सख्त रुख अपनाया है। इस संबंध में एक विशेष हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी किया गया है।

जारी किए गए हेल्पलाइन नंबर 0731-2431117 पर अभिभावक अपनी शिकायत सीधे दर्ज करा सकते हैं। यह हेल्पलाइन कार्यालयीन समय में संचालित रहेगी। यह सेवा 7 अप्रैल को सुबह 11 बजे से प्रारंभ होगी।

कलेक्टर श्री शिवम वर्मा ने कहा कि हेल्पलाइन पर प्राप्त शिकायतों की शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा त्वरित जांच की जाएगी और दोषी पाए जाने पर संबंधित स्कूलों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इसके अलावा नागरिक शैक्षणिक के साथ ही अन्य शिकायतें भी इसी हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर कार्यालयीन समय में दर्ज करा सकते हैं।

      

प्रशासन ने अभिभावकों से अपील की है कि वे किसी भी प्रकार की अनियमितता की सूचना तुरंत दें, ताकि शिक्षा व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता और निष्पक्षता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।

Report Arbitrary Practices Regarding Books, Stationery, and Uniforms – Administration Issues Helpline Number

The administration has adopted a strict stance regarding complaints alleging overcharging for books, stationery, and uniforms in schools, or instances where parents are coerced into making mandatory purchases. In this regard, a dedicated helpline number has been issued.

Parents can register their complaints directly on the designated helpline number: 0731-2431117. This helpline will remain operational during office hours. The service is scheduled to commence on April 7 at 11:00 AM.

Collector Mr. Shivam Verma stated that complaints received via the helpline will be promptly investigated by the Education Department, and action will be taken against any schools found to be at fault. Furthermore, citizens may utilize this same helpline number during office hours to register other grievances in addition to education-related complaints.

The administration has appealed to parents to immediately report any form of irregularity so that transparency and fairness within the education system can be ensured.
