कलेक्टर श्री वर्मा की अध्यक्षता में टीएल बैठक सम्पन्न

बैठक में फायर सेफ्टी, ट्रैफिक और जनसेवा पर कलेक्टर सख्त, लापरवाही पर कार्रवाई के निर्देश

इंदौर में कलेक्टर श्री शिवम वर्मा की अध्यक्षता में समय-सीमा (टीएल) बैठक आयोजित हुई, जिसमें सीएम हेल्पलाइन, राजस्व प्रकरणों और शहरी व्यवस्थाओं की गहन समीक्षा की गई। बैठक में फायर सेफ्टी, ट्रैफिक प्रबंधन, बेसमेंट पार्किंग और नागरिक सुविधाओं को प्राथमिकता देते हुए सख्त निर्देश जारी किए गए। बैठक में जिला पंचायत के मुख्य कार्यपालन अधिकारी श्री सिद्धार्थ जैन, अपर कलेक्टर श्री नवजीवन विजय पवार, श्रीमती निशा डामोर, श्री रोशन राय, श्री रिंकेश वैश्य सहित अन्य संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद थे।

फायर सेफ्टी पर प्रशासन सख्त

कलेक्टर श्री वर्मा ने कहा कि शहर की जी+3 कमर्शियल बिल्डिंग्स, जहां अधिक भीड़ रहती है, वहां अनिवार्य रूप से फायर सेफ्टी सिस्टम, उपकरण और मॉक ड्रिल की व्यवस्था होनी चाहिए। इस संबंध में आम सूचना जारी होने के बाद 15 दिन की अवधि लगभग समाप्त हो रही है। इसके बाद जांच में कमी मिलने पर बिल्डिंग सील की जाएगी। बिल्डिंग बायलॉज के तहत दंडात्मक कार्रवाई की जाएगी। प्रशासन द्वारा लगातार निरीक्षण, नोटिस और फायर ड्रिल कराई जा रही है, ताकि आपदा की स्थिति में लोगों को सुरक्षित निकाला जा सके।

आमजन की समस्याओं की सीधी सुनवाई, लापरवाही पर अधिकारियों पर जुर्माना

कलेक्टर श्री शिवम वर्मा ने बैठक में एक अभिनव पहल करते हुए आम नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित एवं समाधानपरक निराकरण के लिए आवेदकों को सीधे बुलाकर समक्ष में सुनवाई की। इस दौरान उन्होंने सीएम हेल्पलाइन के तहत लंबित पांच प्रकरणों के आवेदकों को बुलाकर उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं और संबंधित अधिकारियों को शीघ्र निराकरण के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही लापरवाही पाए जाने पर सख्त कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश भी दिए गए।

बैठक में उक्त प्रकरणों के निराकरण में लापरवाही पाए जाने पर नगर निगम के अधिकारी वसीम खान पर 5 हजार रुपए का अर्थदंड अधिरोपित किया गया। इसी प्रकार सब इंजीनियर सिद्धार्थ बरावलिया पर 5 हजार रुपए तथा देपालपुर-बेटमा की मुख्य नगर पालिका अधिकारी श्रीमती रंजना गोयल पर 10 हजार रुपए का अर्थदंड लगाया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त एक अन्य मामले में नगर निगम के अधिकारी श्री मोहित पवार को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया है। इसी तरह हातोद क्षेत्र के एक सीमांकन मामले में गंभीर लापरवाही सामने आने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों को नोटिस जारी किए गए हैं। अपर कलेक्टर श्री नवजीवन पवार को जांच सौंपी गई है। रिपोर्ट के आधार पर आगे कार्रवाई होगी।

समर्थन मूल्य पर 10 अप्रैल से गेहूं का उपार्जन होगा शुरू*

जिले में 10 अप्रैल से समर्थन मूल्य पर गेहूं का उपार्जन शुरू होगा। जिले में कुल 90 केंद्र बनाए गए हैं। किसानों के लिए पानी, शेड, टॉयलेट, बैठने व कैंटीन जैसी सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये गए। सभी खरीदी केंद्रों पर व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के लिए नोडल अधिकारी नियमित निरीक्षण कर रहे हैं।

सुरक्षा और सुविधाओं पर जोर

नए शैक्षणिक सत्र को लेकर प्रशासन सक्रिय है। बड़े स्कूलों, छात्रावासों और अस्पतालों में पीएनजी कनेक्शन सुनिश्चित करने के प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। कलेक्टर श्री वर्मा ने स्कूल बसों की फिटनेस और ड्राइवर की योग्यता जांच के लिए आरटीओ को नियमित चेकिंग के निर्देश दिये।

राजस्व अभियान की अवधि बढ़ी

बैठक में बताया गया कि इंदौर जिले में राजस्व प्रकरणों के त्वरित और गुणवत्तापूर्ण निराकरण के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। राजस्व विभाग का पोर्टल बंद रहने के कारण अभियान की अवधि आगामी 10 दिन बढ़ाई गई है। इस अभियान की पूर्व में 31 मार्च अंतिम तिथि थी। बैठक में बताया गया कि अभियान के अंतर्गत लंबित राजस्व प्रकरणों का तेजी से निराकरण सुनिश्चित किया गया है फलस्वरुप लंबित प्रकरणों में कमी आई है। बैठक में कलेक्टर श्री शिवम वर्मा ने बताया कि जिले में राजस्व प्रकरणों के निराकरण की नियमित मॉनिटरिंग सुनिश्चित की जाएगी । अब तहसीलों की मासिक रैंकिंग भी की जाएगी, ताकि राजस्व प्रकरणों के गुणवत्तापूर्ण और समय सीमा में निराकरण में प्रतिस्पर्धा बढ़े।

आयुष्मान योजना में मानकों का पालन जरूरी

बैठक में बताया गया कि आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत मानकों का पालन नहीं करने पर 30 अस्पतालों को पैनल से बाहर किया गया है। कलेक्टर श्री वर्मा ने कहा कि सभी अस्पतालों को निर्धारित मापदंडों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है, ताकि नागरिकों को बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं मिल सकें। कलेक्टर श्री वर्मा ने बैठक में निर्देश दिए हैं कि अब लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं होगी। चाहे फायर सेफ्टी हो, राजस्व कार्य या शिक्षा व्यवस्था—हर क्षेत्र में जवाबदेही तय करते हुए सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

A Time-Limit (TL) meeting was held in Indore under the chairmanship of Collector Mr. Shivam Verma, during which a comprehensive review of the CM Helpline, revenue cases, and urban management systems was conducted. During the meeting, strict directives were issued, prioritizing fire safety, traffic management, basement parking, and civic amenities. The meeting was attended by District Panchayat Chief Executive Officer Mr. Siddharth Jain, Additional Collectors Mr. Navjeevan Vijay Pawar, Mrs. Nisha Damor, Mr. Roshan Rai, and Mr. Rinkesh Vaishya, along with officials from other relevant departments.

Administration Takes Strict Stance on Fire Safety

Collector Mr. Verma stated that all G+3 commercial buildings in the city—particularly those that experience high footfall—must mandatorily be equipped with fire safety systems and equipment, and must conduct regular mock drills. The 15-day grace period following the issuance of a public notice in this regard is drawing to a close. Subsequently, if any deficiencies are detected during inspections, the buildings in question will be sealed. Punitive action will be initiated in accordance with the building bylaws. The administration is continuously conducting inspections, issuing notices, and organizing fire drills to ensure that people can be safely evacuated in the event of a disaster.

Direct Hearing of Public Grievances; Fines Imposed on Officials for Negligence

Demonstrating an innovative approach during the meeting, Collector Mr. Shivam Verma personally summoned applicants to conduct direct hearings, aiming for the swift and effective resolution of common citizens' grievances. During this session, he summoned applicants involved in five pending cases under the CM Helpline, listened to their issues, and issued directives to the concerned officials to resolve them expeditiously. Furthermore, strict instructions were issued to take punitive action against any official found to be negligent in their duties.

During the meeting, Municipal Corporation official Wasim Khan was penalized with a fine of ₹5,000 after being found negligent in resolving the aforementioned cases. Similarly, a fine of ₹5,000 was imposed on Sub-Engineer Siddharth Barawaliya, and a fine of ₹10,000 was imposed on Mrs. Ranjana Goyal, the Chief Municipal Officer of Depalpur-Betma. Additionally, in another matter, a show-cause notice has been issued to Municipal Corporation official Mr. Mohit Pawar. Likewise, notices have been issued to the concerned officials following the revelation of serious negligence in a land demarcation case within the Hatod area. Additional Collector Mr. Navjeevan Pawar has been entrusted with the investigation. Further action will be taken based on the report

Wheat Procurement at Support Price to Begin on April 10

Wheat procurement at the Minimum Support Price (MSP) is set to commence in the district on April 10. A total of 90 procurement centers have been established across the district. Directives have been issued to ensure the availability of essential amenities for farmers—such as drinking water, shelter sheds, restrooms, seating arrangements, and canteen facilities—at these centers. Nodal officers are conducting regular inspections to ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place at every procurement center.

Emphasis on Safety and Amenities

The administration is actively engaged in preparations for the upcoming academic session. Efforts are underway to ensure the installation of PNG (Piped Natural Gas) connections in large schools, hostels, and hospitals. Collector Mr. Verma has directed the Regional Transport Office (RTO) to conduct regular inspections to verify the fitness of school buses and the credentials of their drivers.

Duration of Revenue Campaign Extended

During a meeting, it was announced that a special campaign is currently being conducted in the Indore district to ensure the expeditious and high-quality resolution of revenue-related cases. Due to a temporary outage of the Revenue Department's online portal, the duration of this campaign has been extended by an additional 10 days. Previously, the deadline for this campaign was March 31. The meeting highlighted that, under the ambit of this campaign, the rapid disposal of pending revenue cases has been successfully ensured, resulting in a significant reduction in the backlog of pending matters. Collector Mr. Shivam Verma stated during the meeting that a system for the regular monitoring of revenue case disposal within the district would be strictly implemented. Furthermore, a monthly ranking system for the various *Tehsils* (administrative sub-divisions) will now be introduced to foster healthy competition and encourage the high-quality, time-bound resolution of revenue cases. Compliance with Standards Mandatory Under Ayushman Scheme

During a meeting, it was reported that 30 hospitals have been de-paneled under the Ayushman Bharat scheme for failing to adhere to established standards. Collector Mr. Verma stated that it is mandatory for all hospitals to comply with the prescribed parameters to ensure that citizens receive superior healthcare services. Collector Mr. Verma issued directives during the meeting, emphasizing that negligence will no longer be tolerated. Whether it concerns fire safety, revenue-related operations, or the education system—strict action will be taken in every sector by establishing clear accountability.
