भारत-जर्मनी आर्थिक सामरिक औद्योगिक सहयोग को

 मजबूत करने के लिए काउँसिल जनरल क्रिस्टोफ हेलियर का मध्य प्रदेश दौरा

इंदौर। जर्मनी संघीय गणराज्य के काउंसिल जनरल श्री क्रिस्टोफ हेलियर ने स्टेट प्रेस क्लब, म. प्र. के रूबरू कार्यक्रम में पत्रकारों से बातचीत की। उन्होंने अपने इंदौर, पीथमपुर  एवं भोपाल के दौरे के बारे में जानकारी दी। श्री हेलियर मैं अपनी तीन दिवसीय मध्य प्रदेश यात्रा के दौरान सरकार के  प्रतिनिधियों, उद्योग जगत, शिक्षाविदों और राज्य में जर्मनी के पूर्व छात्र (अल्युमनाई) नेटवर्कों के सदस्यों से मुलाकात की।

उन्होंने बताया कि यह दौरा भारत-जर्मनी संबंधों के एक महत्वपूर्ण पड़ाव पर हुआ है। इस वर्ष की शुरुआत में, जर्मन चांसलर फ्रेडरिक मर्ज़  ने भारत का दौरा किया था, जहाँ उन्होंने और प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने भारत और जर्मनी के बीच घनिष्ठ साझेदारी और व्यापार एवं निवेश, प्रौद्योगिकी, नवाचार, विज्ञान तथा लोगों से लोगों के बीच पीपल-टू-पीपल एक्सचेंज सहित कई क्षेत्रों में सहयोग का विस्तार करने की साझा प्रतिबद्धता की पुष्टि की।

श्री हेलियर के दौरे का एक मुख्य केंद्र जर्मनी और मध्य प्रदेश के बीच आर्थिक सहयोग को आगे बढ़ाना था। व्यावसायिक संबंधों को मजबूत करने, निवेश को सुगम बनाने और पारस्परिक हित के क्षेत्रों में सहयोग के नए रास्तों की पहचान करने पर केंद्रित थीं।

चूँकि भारत और जर्मनी इस वर्ष राजनयिक संबंधों की 75वीं वर्षगांठ मना रहे हैं। 

भारत और जर्मनी ने 1951 में राजनयिक संबंध स्थापित किए थे।  आज जर्मनी यूरोप में भारत के सबसे महत्वपूर्ण भागीदारों में एक है। जिसका सहयोग व्यापार और निवेश, ग्रीन टेक्नोलॉजीज, विज्ञान और नवाचार, शिक्षा, कौशल विकास, संस्कृति और लोगों से लोगों के बीच आदान-प्रदान तक फैला हुआ है।

श्री हेलियर ने चर्चा में द्विपक्षीय संबंधों को मजबूती देने वाले व्यक्तिगत और संस्थागत संबंधों के महत्व पर भी प्रकाश डाला। यह स्वीकार करते हुए कि मजबूत साझेदारियाँ न केवल सरकारी और व्यावसायिक जुड़ाव के माध्यम से बल्कि सामाजिक और शैक्षणिक आदान-प्रदान के माध्यम से भी बनती हैं।

श्री हेलियर ने कहा, "ये नेटवर्क जर्मनी और भारत के बीच शैक्षणिक, वैज्ञानिक और सांस्कृतिक आदान-प्रदान को बढ़ावा देने में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहे हैं और दोनों समाजों के बीच पुल के रूप में कार्य करते हैं।"

अपने दौरे का सार बताते हुए उन्होंने ने कहा, "मध्य प्रदेश गहरे भारत-जर्मनी सहयोग के लिए महत्वपूर्ण क्षमता प्रदान करता है। हम राज्य के आर्थिक विकास, औद्योगिक महत्वाकांक्षाओं और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय साझेदारियों के प्रति खुलेपन से बेहद उत्साहित हैं। जर्मनी आने वाले वर्षों में मध्य प्रदेश के साथ अपने जुड़ाव को और विस्तार देने के लिए उत्सुक है।"

यह दौरा उस महत्व को रेखांकित करता है जो जर्मनी, भारत-जर्मन आर्थिक, शैक्षणिक और सांस्कृतिक सहयोग को आगे बढ़ाने में एक भागीदार के रूप में मध्य प्रदेश को देता है। श्री हेलियर ने इंदौर में मिले गर्मजोशी भरे स्वागत के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया और भविष्य में राज्य का अधिक बार दौरा करने की अपनी इच्छा व्यक्त की, क्योंकि भारत-जर्मन संबंध लगातार बढ़ रहे हैं।

Consul General Christoph Heilier Visits Madhya Pradesh to Strengthen Indo-German Economic, Strategic, and Industrial Cooperation

Indore: Mr. Christoph Heilier, Consul General of the Federal Republic of Germany, interacted with journalists during a 'Rubaru' (face-to-face) event organized by the State Press Club, Madhya Pradesh. He shared details about his visits to Indore, Pithampur, and Bhopal. During his three-day tour of the state, Mr. Heilier met with government representatives, industry leaders, academicians, and members of German alumni networks.

He noted that this visit took place at a significant juncture in Indo-German relations. Earlier this year, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz visited India, where he and Prime Minister Narendra Modi reaffirmed their shared commitment to a close partnership and to expanding cooperation across various sectors—including trade and investment, technology, innovation, science, and people-to-people exchanges.

A key focus of Mr. Heilier’s visit was to advance economic cooperation between Germany and Madhya Pradesh. Discussions centered on strengthening business ties, facilitating investment, and identifying new avenues for collaboration in areas of mutual interest.

India and Germany are celebrating the 75th anniversary of their diplomatic relations this year.

Diplomatic relations between the two nations were established in 1951. Today, Germany is one of India's most important partners in Europe, with cooperation spanning trade and investment, green technologies, science and innovation, education, skill development, culture, and people-to-people exchanges.

During the discussion, Mr. Heilier also highlighted the importance of personal and institutional ties in strengthening bilateral relations, acknowledging that robust partnerships are forged not only through government and business engagements but also through social and academic exchanges.  Mr. Hellier stated, "These networks play a vital role in fostering academic, scientific, and cultural exchanges between Germany and India, acting as a bridge between the two societies."

Highlighting the essence of his visit, he remarked, "Madhya Pradesh offers significant potential for deep Indo-German cooperation. We are highly enthusiastic about the state's economic growth, industrial ambitions, and openness to international partnerships. Germany looks forward to further expanding its engagement with Madhya Pradesh in the coming years."

This visit underscores the importance Germany attaches to Madhya Pradesh as a partner in advancing Indo-German economic, academic, and cultural cooperation. Mr. Hellier expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome received in Indore and conveyed his desire to visit the state more frequently in the future as Indo-German relations continue to grow.

At the outset, Christoph Hellier was welcomed by Pravin Khariwal, Kamal Kasturi, Harshvardhan Prakash, and Sameer Khan. Mementos were presented by Navneet Shukla, Prof. R.K.
