इंदौर आबकारी में अभूतपूर्व वृद्धि, 

8 चरणों में ₹2001 करोड़ का राजस्व

अब तक संपन्न प्रथम से अष्टम चरण में कुल 59 समूहों की 173 दुकानों में से 47 समूहों की 156 दुकानों का सफलतापूर्वक निष्पादन किया जा चुका है, जिनसे लगभग ₹2001.92 करोड़ का उच्चतम राजस्व प्राप्त हुआ है।

 मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव के सुशासन, पारदर्शिता एवं राजस्व सुदृढ़ीकरण के विज़न के अनुरूप, कलेक्टर श्री शिवम वर्मा के मार्गदर्शन में इंदौर आबकारी विभाग द्वारा वर्ष 2026–27 की ई-टेंडर प्रक्रिया में उल्लेखनीय सफलता दर्ज की गई है।

 

इन समूहों के लिए निर्धारित कुल आरक्षित मूल्य ₹1844.11 करोड़ के विरुद्ध यह राशि लगभग ₹157.80 करोड़ अधिक है, जो कि लगभग 8.56% वृद्धि को दर्शाती है।

 वहीं, वर्ष 2025–26 के परिगणित वार्षिक मूल्य ₹1536.76 करोड़ की तुलना में यह वृद्धि लगभग ₹465.15 करोड़ (लगभग 30.27%) अधिक है।

उल्लेखनीय है कि मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव द्वारा निर्धारित लगभग 20% राजस्व वृद्धि के लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध इंदौर जिले द्वारा प्राप्त 30% से अधिक वृद्धि इस बात का प्रमाण है कि राज्य सरकार की नीतियाँ एवं विज़न जमीनी स्तर पर प्रभावी रूप से क्रियान्वित हो रहे हैं। इसके परिणामस्वरूप इंदौर जिला पूरे मध्यप्रदेश में राजस्व वृद्धि के मामले में शीर्ष स्थान पर रहा है|

पुनर्गठित समूहों में रिकॉर्ड वृद्धि

🔹 विभागीय विश्लेषण के अनुसार, पुनर्गठित समूहों में यथावत समूहों की तुलना में अधिक राजस्व प्राप्त हुआ है, जो कलेक्टर के संरचनात्मक सुधार एवं संसाधनों के बेहतर प्रबंधन के विज़न की सफलता को दर्शाता है।

🔹 विशेष रूप से शीर्ष 5 समूहों में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि दर्ज की गई—

▪️ स्कीम नं. 54 समूह                     :     ₹134.95 करोड़ के विरुद्ध ₹153.33 करोड़

▪️ एम.आई.जी. समूह                     :     ₹98.03 करोड़ के विरुद्ध ₹111.11 करोड़

▪️ एम.आर.-9 समूह                       :     ₹130.09 करोड़ के विरुद्ध ₹150.20 करोड़

▪️ चंद्रगुप्त चौराहा (एम.आर.-10)   :     ₹99.38 करोड़ के विरुद्ध ₹113.57 करोड़

▪️ मांगलिया समूह                          :     ₹41.94 करोड़ के विरुद्ध ₹52.83 करोड़

🔹 इन शीर्ष 5 समूहों में वर्ष 2025–26 के कुल ₹427.34 करोड़ के विरुद्ध वर्ष 2026–27 में ₹581.05 करोड़ का ऑफर प्राप्त हुआ, जिससे लगभग ₹153 करोड़ (36%) की उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि दर्ज की गई।

 

विभागीय विश्लेषण के अनुसार, ई-टेंडर प्रक्रिया के दौरान अन्य कई समूहों में 30% से अधिक वृद्धि दर्ज की गई है, जो प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक भागीदारी का स्पष्ट संकेत है।

 वर्तमान में शेष 05 समूहों की 17 दुकानों (आरक्षित मूल्य ₹258.31 करोड़) के निष्पादन हेतु आगामी कार्यवाही प्रचलन में है।

पारदर्शी ई-टेंडरिंग, सतत मॉनिटरिंग एवं प्रभावी रणनीति के माध्यम से इंदौर आबकारी विभाग, मुख्यमंत्री के सुशासन एवं राजस्व वृद्धि के विज़न को साकार करते हुए प्रदेश में एक प्रभावी मॉडल के रूप में स्थापित हो रहा है।

 Unprecedented Growth in Indore Excise Revenue:

₹2,001 Crore Generated Across 8 Phases

Out of a total of 173 shops across 59 groups covered in the first through eighth phases completed so far, 156 shops belonging to 47 groups have been successfully disposed of, generating a record revenue of approximately ₹2,001.92 crore.

In alignment with Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav's vision of good governance, transparency, and revenue consolidation, the Indore Excise Department—under the guidance of Collector Mr. Shivam Verma—has achieved remarkable success in the e-tender process for the year 2026–27.

This realized amount stands approximately ₹157.80 crore higher than the total reserve price of ₹1,844.11 crore set for these groups, representing an increase of approximately 8.56%.

Furthermore, when compared to the calculated annual value of ₹1,536.76 crore for the year 2025–26, this increase amounts to approximately ₹465.15 crore (or approximately 30.27%).

It is noteworthy that the increase of over 30% achieved by the Indore district—against the revenue growth target of approximately 20% set by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav—serves as proof that the State Government's policies and vision are being effectively implemented at the grassroots level. Consequently, the Indore district has secured the top position across the entire state of Madhya Pradesh in terms of revenue growth.

Record Growth in Reorganized Groups

🔹 According to departmental analysis, the reorganized groups have generated higher revenue compared to the groups that remained unchanged (status quo groups); this demonstrates the success of the Collector's vision regarding structural reforms and the improved management of resources.

🔹 Notably, significant growth was recorded specifically within the top 5 groups—

▪️ Scheme No. 54 Group       :     ₹153.33 crore (against a reserve of ₹134.95 crore)

▪️ M.I.G. Group                     :     ₹111.11 crore against ₹98.03 crore

▪️ M.R.-9 Group                       :     ₹150.20 crore against ₹130.09 crore

▪️ Chandragupta Crossing (M.R.-10)   :     ₹113.57 crore against ₹99.38 crore

▪️ Mangaliya Group                          :     ₹52.83 crore against ₹41.94 crore

                              

🔹 Across these top 5 groups, offers totaling ₹581.05 crore were received for the year 2026–27, compared to ₹427.34 crore in 2025–26, thereby registering a remarkable increase of approximately ₹153 crore (36%).

According to departmental analysis, several other groups also recorded an increase of over 30% during the e-tender process, which serves as a clear indication of competitive participation.

Currently, further proceedings are underway for the allotment of 17 shops across the remaining 05 groups (with a reserved price of ₹258.31 crore).

Through transparent e-tendering, continuous monitoring, and effective strategies, the Indore Excise Department is establishing itself as an exemplary model within the state, thereby realizing the Chief Minister's vision of good governance and revenue augmentation.
