(•) जनसुनवाई में आमजन लेकर आएं अपनी समस्याएं..., पुलिस कमिश्नर इंदौर ने प्रत्येक आवेदक से संवाद कर दिलाया त्वरित समाधान का विश्वास 

(•) नागरिकगण, आपसी व पारिवारिक विवाद, पैसों के लेनदेन, फ्रॉड, प्लाट/ जमीन की धोखाधड़ी संबंधी विवाद, महिला अपराध संबंधी एवं अन्य पुलिस से संबंधित समस्याओं लेकर आए। 

(•) संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिए तत्काल कार्यवाही कर शीघ्र निराकरण हेतु दिशा निर्देश ।

इंदौर- मध्य प्रदेश शासन के निर्देशानुसार आमजन की शिकायतों का निराकरण करनें एवं समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान करनें के लिए प्रत्येक मंगलवार को जनसुनवाई आयोजित की जाती हैं। जिसके तारतम्य में  पुलिस आयुक्त नगरीय इंदौर श्री संतोष कुमार सिंह द्वारा आज दिनांक 31.03.26 को कमिश्नर कार्यालय के सभागार में जनसुनवाई में आमजन की शिकायत एवं समस्याओं को सुना तथा त्वरित निराकरण हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को उचित कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दियें। 

जनसुनवाई के दौरान आज प्रमुख रूप से पारिवारिक/घरेलू विवाद, आपसी विवाद, पैसों के लेनदेन, फाइनेंशियल फ्रॉड, सुनवाई न होने, प्लाट/ जमीन की धोखाधड़ी संबंधी विवाद, महिला अपराध संबंधी एवं अन्य पुलिस से संबंधित समस्याओं के 74  शिकायत आवेदन प्राप्त हुए ।

               

पुलिस कमिश्नर श्री संतोष कुमार सिंह द्वारा व्यक्तिगत रूप से प्रत्येक आवेदक के साथ संवाद कर, उनकी समस्याओं को गंभीरता पूर्वक सुना और उनके निराकरण हेतु संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित कर तत्काल कार्यवाही करने के लिए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिये। 

 साथ ही नागरिकों को आश्वस्त किया कि इंदौर पुलिस उनकी सुरक्षा और हितों के संरक्षण के लिए सदैव तत्पर है।इस दौरान अति पुलिस आयुक्त (कानून व्यवस्था) इंदौर श्री अमित सिंह एवं सभी ज़ोन के अन्य अधिकारियों ने भी उपस्थित रहकर पुलिस कमिश्नर के निर्देशानुसार संबंधित आवेदकों की समस्याओं विस्तार पूर्वक सुन कार्यवाही की गई।

Public Hearing at Indore Police Commissionerate

74 Complaints Registered

(•) Citizens brought their grievances to the public hearing... The Indore Police Commissioner personally interacted with every applicant and assured them of a swift resolution.

(•) Citizens presented issues ranging from mutual and family disputes, financial transactions, fraud, and land/plot-related scams, to crimes against women and other police-related matters.

(•) Directives were issued to the concerned officials to take immediate action and ensure a speedy resolution.

Indore—In accordance with the directives of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, a 'Public Hearing' (*JanSunwai*) is organized every Tuesday to address citizens' complaints and provide swift solutions to their problems. In keeping with this practice, the Police Commissioner (Urban) of Indore, Shri Santosh Kumar Singh, held a public hearing today—March 31, 2026—at the Commissioner's office auditorium. He listened to the complaints and grievances of the general public and issued instructions to the concerned officials to take appropriate measures for their immediate resolution.

During today's public hearing, a total of 74 complaint applications were received, primarily concerning family/domestic disputes, mutual conflicts, financial transactions, financial fraud, lack of response from authorities, land/plot-related fraud, crimes against women, and other police-related issues.

Police Commissioner Shri Santosh Kumar Singh personally interacted with each applicant, listened to their problems with utmost seriousness, and issued necessary directives to the concerned officials to take immediate action toward their resolution.

                        

Furthermore, he assured the citizens that the Indore Police remain ever-vigilant and ready to safeguard their security and protect their interests. Also present during the session were Additional Police Commissioner (Law & Order), Indore, Shri Amit Singh, along with officials from all zones; acting under the Police Commissioner's directives, they listened to the applicants' grievances in detail and initiated appropriate action.
