दुबई में मध्यप्रदेश के वैश्विक निवेश मिशन की प्रभावशाली शुरुआत
मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव बोले— निवेशकों के लिए दीर्घकालिक विकास साझेदारी का विश्वसनीय मंच तैयार करना सरकार का उद्देश्य
भोपाल/दुबई, 06 सितंबर 2026। मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. मोहन यादव के नेतृत्व में राज्य के उच्चस्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल की चार दिवसीय दुबई यात्रा की शुरुआत निवेश, व्यापार और वैश्विक साझेदारी से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण संवादों के साथ हुई। मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव का यह दौरा मध्यप्रदेश को प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश, वैश्विक औद्योगिक साझेदारियों और दीर्घकालिक आर्थिक सहयोग के प्रमुख केंद्र के रूप में स्थापित करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण माना जा रहा है।
दुबई पहुंचने पर भारतीय मिशन के अधिकारियों ने प्रतिनिधिमंडल का स्वागत किया। इसके बाद होटल फॉर्च्यून एट्रियम में प्रवासी भारतीय समुदाय ने मुख्यमंत्री का स्वागत किया। कार्यक्रम में करीब 50 प्रवासी भारतीय शामिल हुए। मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रवासी भारतीयों को मध्यप्रदेश के विकास और वैश्विक ब्रांडिंग में महत्वपूर्ण साझेदार बताया।
ओडीओपी और जीआई उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन
मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव ने ताज दुबई, बिजनेस बे में मध्यप्रदेश के वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट वन प्रोडक्ट (ODOP) और भौगोलिक संकेतक (GI) उत्पादों की प्रदर्शनी का उद्घाटन किया।
प्रदर्शनी में बैतूल का बेल मेटल क्राफ्ट, अशोकनगर की चंदेरी साड़ी, खरगोन के महेश्वर की महेश्वरी साड़ी, उज्जैन का बाटिक प्रिंट, भोपाल की जरी-जरदोजी और ग्वालियर का कारपेट प्रदर्शित किया गया। सरकार का लक्ष्य इन पारंपरिक उत्पादों को वैश्विक बाजार से जोड़ना और स्थानीय कारीगरों के लिए नए आर्थिक अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है।
भारतीय राजनयिक नेतृत्व से निवेश पर चर्चा
मुख्यमंत्री ने संयुक्त अरब अमीरात में भारत के राजदूत डॉ. दीपक मित्तल तथा दुबई एवं नॉर्थ अमीरात में भारत के महावाणिज्य दूत डॉ. ई. विष्णु वर्धन रेड्डी से मुलाकात कर निवेश और आर्थिक सहयोग के मुद्दों पर चर्चा की।
बैठक में मध्यप्रदेश की औद्योगिक भूमि, कनेक्टिविटी, लॉजिस्टिक्स, औद्योगिक अधोसंरचना और निवेशक-अनुकूल नीतियों को यूएई के निवेशकों के समक्ष पहुंचाने पर जोर दिया गया। मुख्यमंत्री ने आगामी ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट-2027 में यूएई के निवेशकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी का भी आह्वान किया।
अरब संसद के अध्यक्ष से भी संवाद
दुबई में अरब संसद के अध्यक्ष मोहम्मद अहमद अल यामाही के सम्मान में आयोजित विशेष भोज में मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव ने व्यापार, निवेश, कृषि, पर्यटन और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सहयोग की संभावनाओं पर चर्चा की।
उन्होंने अरब देशों के निवेशकों को मध्यप्रदेश में नवकरणीय ऊर्जा, औषधि निर्माण, चिकित्सा उपकरण, वस्त्र, लॉजिस्टिक्स, उन्नत विनिर्माण और शहरी अधोसंरचना के क्षेत्र में उपलब्ध अवसरों से अवगत कराया।
GIS-2027 के लिए वैश्विक आमंत्रण
मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव ने ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट-2027 में विभिन्न देशों की भागीदारी बढ़ाने के प्रयासों के तहत अरब संसद के अध्यक्ष से मध्यप्रदेश में आयोजित होने वाले सम्मेलन के लिए विभिन्न देशों के संसदीय नेताओं को आमंत्रित करने का आग्रह किया। इससे मध्यप्रदेश और मध्य-पूर्व एवं अफ्रीकी देशों के बीच व्यापार, निवेश और आर्थिक सहयोग को नई गति मिलने की उम्मीद है।
वैश्विक मीडिया के सामने रखी मध्यप्रदेश की विकास गाथा
मीडिया संवाद में मुख्यमंत्री ने मध्यप्रदेश की औद्योगिक, पर्यटन, लॉजिस्टिक्स और अधोसंरचना क्षमताओं को वैश्विक मंच पर प्रस्तुत किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार का उद्देश्य केवल निवेश आकर्षित करना नहीं, बल्कि निवेशकों के लिए दीर्घकालिक विकास साझेदारी का एक विश्वसनीय मंच तैयार करना है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य की सिंगल विंडो प्रणाली, त्वरित स्वीकृति व्यवस्था और प्रगतिशील औद्योगिक नीतियों को निवेशकों के लिए प्रमुख आकर्षण बताया।
‘टाइकून्स रात्रि भोज’ में वैश्विक निवेशकों से संवाद
दौरे के प्रथम दिवस का समापन AIM Congress 2026 के विशेष ‘टाइकून्स रात्रि भोज’ में मुख्यमंत्री की सहभागिता के साथ हुआ। कार्यक्रम में सॉवरेन वेल्थ फंड, फैमिली ऑफिस, संस्थागत निवेशकों, वैश्विक कंपनियों, वित्तीय संस्थानों और नीति-निर्माताओं के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए।
मुख्यमंत्री डॉ. यादव ने विभिन्न देशों के निवेशकों और उद्योग जगत के प्रतिनिधियों से संवाद कर मध्यप्रदेश की निवेश-अनुकूल नीतियों, मजबूत औद्योगिक अधोसंरचना और लॉजिस्टिक्स क्षमताओं की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने विनिर्माण, खाद्य प्रसंस्करण, नवकरणीय ऊर्जा, लॉजिस्टिक्स, शहरी अधोसंरचना, प्रौद्योगिकी और निर्यातोन्मुख उद्योगों में निवेश के लिए वैश्विक निवेशकों को मध्यप्रदेश आमंत्रित किया।
मुख्यमंत्री की दुबई यात्रा को मध्यप्रदेश की वैश्विक निवेश पहुंच और आगामी ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट-2027 के लिए निवेशकों से सीधे संवाद की महत्वपूर्ण पहल के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।

Impressive launch of Madhya Pradesh's Global Investment Mission in Dubai
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav stated—The government's objective is to create a reliable platform for long-term development partnerships with investors.
Bhopal/Dubai, September 6, 2026. A high-level delegation from Madhya Pradesh, led by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, began its four-day visit to Dubai with significant dialogues focused on investment, trade, and global partnerships. This visit by Chief Minister Dr. Yadav is considered pivotal in positioning Madhya Pradesh as a key hub for foreign direct investment, global industrial partnerships, and long-term economic cooperation.
Upon arrival in Dubai, the delegation was welcomed by officials from the Indian mission. Subsequently, the Indian diaspora welcomed the Chief Minister at the Hotel Fortune Atrium. Around 50 members of the Indian diaspora attended the event. The Chief Minister described the Indian diaspora as key partners in the development and global branding of Madhya Pradesh.
Inauguration of Exhibition of ODOP and GI Products
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the exhibition of One District One Product (ODOP) and Geographical Indication (GI) products from Madhya Pradesh at Taj Dubai, Business Bay.
The exhibition featured bell metal crafts from Betul, Chanderi sarees from Ashoknagar, Maheshwari sarees from Maheshwar (Khargone), Batik prints from Ujjain, Zari-Zardosi work from Bhopal, and carpets from Gwalior were showcased. The government aims to connect these traditional products to the global market and create new economic opportunities for local artisans.
Discussion on investment with Indian diplomatic leadership
The Chief Minister met with Dr. Deepak Mittal, India's Ambassador to the UAE, and Dr. E. Vishnu Vardhan Reddy, Consul General of India in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, to discuss issues related to investment and economic cooperation.
The meeting emphasized showcasing Madhya Pradesh's industrial land, connectivity, logistics, industrial infrastructure, and investor-friendly policies to UAE investors. The Chief Minister also called for the active participation of UAE investors in the upcoming Global Investors Summit-2027.
Global Invitation for GIS-2027
As part of efforts to increase participation from various nations in the Global Investors Summit (GIS) 2027, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav urged the Speaker of the Arab Parliament to invite parliamentary leaders from various countries to the summit scheduled to be held in Madhya Pradesh. This initiative is expected to give fresh momentum to trade, investment, and economic cooperation between Madhya Pradesh and countries in the Middle East and Africa.
Madhya Pradesh’s Development Story Presented to Global Media
During a media interaction, the Chief Minister showcased Madhya Pradesh’s capabilities in industry, tourism, logistics, and infrastructure on the global stage. He stated that the government's objective is not merely to attract investment but to create a reliable platform for long-term development partnerships with investors.
The Chief Minister highlighted the state's single-window system, expedited approval mechanism, and progressive industrial policies as key attractions for investors.
Interaction with Global Investors at the ‘Tycoons Dinner’
The first day of the visit concluded with the Chief Minister’s participation in the special ‘Tycoons Dinner’ at the AIM Congress 2026. The event was attended by representatives from sovereign wealth funds, family offices, institutional investors, global companies, financial institutions, and policymakers.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav interacted with investors and industry representatives from various countries, highlighting Madhya Pradesh's investment-friendly policies, robust industrial infrastructure, and logistics capabilities. He invited global investors to invest in sectors such as manufacturing, food processing, renewable energy, logistics, urban infrastructure, technology, and export-oriented industries in Madhya Pradesh.
The Chief Minister's visit to Dubai is being viewed as a significant initiative to expand Madhya Pradesh's global investment outreach and to engage directly with investors for the upcoming Global Investors Summit-2027.
